15Proverbs 30:15The leech has two daughters, “Give,” “Give.” There are three things that will not be satisfied, Four that will not say, “Enough”:16Proverbs 30:16Sheol, and the barren womb, Earth that is never satisfied with water, And fire that never says, “Enough.”
12 Timothy 3:1But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.22 Timothy 3:2For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,32 Timothy 3:3unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good,42 Timothy 3:4treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,52 Timothy 3:5holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these.
4Proverbs 23:4Do not weary yourself to gain wealth, Cease from your consideration of it.5Proverbs 23:5When you set your eyes on it, it is gone. For wealth certainly makes itself wings Like an eagle that flies toward the heavens.
